Responsible for the digital transformation of the mobile app OTR for Peregrine Corporation. OTR also know as On The Run is a fuel and convenience chain that has now grown to over 170+ stores across Australia and is the largest private employer in the South Australia.
At Concentrix Tigerspike we were challenged with the redesign of their mobile app aiming to improve customer experience, define a high level digital design solution and the final roadmap for implementation. We managed to accomplish that by conducting a UX Led Experience Definition that consisted of 3 dedicated phases over the spam of 3 months: Discovery, Ideate and Definition.
Phase 01 - Discovery
Develop a deep knowledge of the current OTR app, their users and the context of the how the solution will be used.
For existing and new customers,
How might we better understand their engagements with OTR,
So that we build a relevant relationship with them.
Contextual inquiries & customer interviews


Phase 02 - Ideate
Explore, validate and iterate on solution concepts for an enhanced app experience. Some of the deliveries and activities of this phase included: Creative ideation workshop and brainstorm, Paper prototypes and the concept validation with the users.


Phase 03 - Definition
Final solution and proposed roadmap for the future vision of the app experience against our previosly defined success factors. Some of the deliveries and activities of this phase included: User journeys, Wireframes, Final User interface and Interaction solution with an interactive prototype.
